Opt Out of UPS Delivery Notifications

Description: Learn how to opt out of UPS delivery notifications. 

If you're receiving unexpected delivery notifications from UPS for shipments sent by Shift4, this is likely because your email address is linked to an existing UPS.com account. Even when Shift4 disables delivery notifications on our end, UPS will still send alerts to any registered account associated with that email address.
Below are two options to stop receiving these notifications.

1: Turn Off Notifications in Your UPS Account
Follow these steps to disable delivery notifications while keeping your UPS account active:
1.    Go to UPS.com and log in to your account.
2.    Navigate to Profile or Account Settings.
3.    Select Notification Preferences or Alert Settings.
4.    Disable delivery notifications and save your changes.

Option 2: Cancel Your UPS.com Account
If you don't actively use your UPS.com account, canceling it will stop all notifications entirely:
1.    Log in to your account at UPS.com.
2.    Go to Profile or Account Settings.
3.    Select the option to Close or Cancel Account.
4.    Follow the prompts to confirm.
