How much does invoicing cost?
Invoicing is free for merchants. Standard processing rates apply.
Can customers pay invoices online?
Yes, customers receive a secure electronic invoice with online payment capability.
Does invoicing handle multiple currencies, languages, and tax regimes?
No, not at this time.
What payment methods are accepted from Invoicing-generated payment links?
Invoicing should only be paid via the emailed payment link with a credit card.
Does invoicing replace accounting software?
No. This is a billing and payment collection tool, not a full accounting system.
Are there any accounting software programs that invoicing integrates with?
No, not at this time.
How can I track paid and unpaid invoices?
Invoice status is visible within the Invoices tab in the Shift4 Customer Hub.
