Description: Learn how to pull Commerce Engine log files from PAX devices.

Pull Logs via Web Admin UI

To access the Commerce Engine Admin Panel, open up a web browser from a computer located on the same network as the Commerce Engine device and launch http://<IP of the PAX Device>:9100/admin/
- For example, if your device IP is 192.168.1.24, enter http://192.168.1.24:9100/admin/ in your browser.
- Make sure the final / after admin is included, or it will not work.
Select the Logs tab.

3. Select the Export button next to each log to download it.
