Description: Learn how to set up gift cards and get started using Shift4Gift.

Overview

To set up Gift Cards:

  1. Log in to the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub.
  2. Select Gift Cards > Shift4Gift in the left navigation bar.
  3. Select the Get Started button.

  4. Select whether your business is a part of a multi-location business.
    • Select Yes to route the request to an agent for further assistance.
    • Select No to continue to the next step.
  5. Select whether you have an existing gift card program.
    • Select Yes if you currently have a gift card program.
    • Select No if you do not currently have a gift card program.
  6. Select the box next to the product you want to sell.
    • E-Gift Cards
    • Physical Gift Cards
  7. Select Continue.
  8. Enter the name of your online gift card store.

    Note: This name is also used as the URL for your store.
  9. Once entered, select Continue.
  10. Next, upload your store logo.
  11. Select Continue or Skip if the logo is not available at this time.
  12. Select the color scheme for your gift card store.
  13. Select Done.

Once Shift4Gift is activated, configurations for admin users are available in the Customer Hub. Visit the Shift4Gift Configuration article to configure your gift card options.
