Description: Merchants who are looking to enroll in our gift card program for the first time will receive the following email after requesting to enroll.

Shift4 Dine Customer Hub Enrollment Email
Thank you for your interest in our gift card program! Please log in to your Shift4 Dine Customer Hub Admin Account to enroll in our gift card program and place your first gift card order. I have provided the steps to complete this enrollment as well as information on our gift card program below:
- Log in to your admin Shift4 Dine Customer Hub account.
- Select Gift Cards > Shift4 Gift Cards in the left navigation bar.
- Select the Get Started button and follow the prompts to enroll and create your custom gift card website.
4. Navigate to the Physical Gift Card section and select Choose Card Designs to begin designing your gift card order.
Note: You may opt out of selling either physical or eCards gift cards once your website has been created.
Once you have completed these enrollment steps, you will then be able to manage your gift card orders and reporting through Shift4 Dine Customer Hub going forward.
Once you have enrolled in our gift card program, you will receive a starter kit with your first gift card order. Our gift card starter kits include a window sticker, an acrylic stand with an insert, and two register decals. (Shipping charges apply.)
For gift cards, you may choose one of our pre-designed templates that can be customized with your info (e.g., business name, phone number), or you can upload your own custom image (e.g., business logo or background).

The monthly fee covers unlimited storage for the card data and transactions on our server.
Holiday Notice:
- Gift card orders must be placed by November 6th to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
- Any rush printing orders will incur a fee based on the quantity ordered.
- For the United States, we will not rush any gift card orders after December 6th. No exceptions.
- For Australia, Ireland, and the United Kingdom, contact the gift card team at giftcardteam@shift4.com for applicable dates and rush availability.
