Reporting Options in ChefTab Kitchen Video System
Description: The ChefTab Kitchen Video System (KVS) does not send data back to the POS that would be recorded in the POS reports. However, there is a report on the KVS itself that will show the speed of service. Review how to access it below.
- On the KVS, select the FUNC/Help icon in the upper right or select the corresponding button on the attached bump bar.
- Select the option for Speed of Service Report.
3. The next screen will show several options to break down the turnaround times in different ways, including by Day Part, by Ticket, and by Item.
