Adjust SNBC Sensor for Wall-Mount Installation

Sensor Position Adjustment
SNBC thermal receipt printers may use one of two sensor adjustment mechanisms. Identify the mechanism on your printer and follow the appropriate steps to set the sensor for a wall-mounted installation.
Rotating Adjustment Wheel
This design uses an adjustment wheel that rotates in place to change the sensor position.
- Power off the printer.
- Open the printer's top cover.
- Remove the paper roll.
- Locate the sensor adjustment wheel on the inside wall of the paper compartment.
- Press the release point next to the adjustment wheel with a thin, sturdy object.
- While holding the release point, rotate the adjustment wheel toward you until it reaches the Wall Mount position.
- Reload the paper roll and close the printer cover.
Track-Mounted Adjustment Wheel
This design uses an adjustment wheel that slides along a guide track.
- Power off the printer.
- Open the printer's front cover.
- Remove the paper roll.
- Locate the adjustment wheel inside the guide track on the side wall of the paper compartment.
- Press the wheel firmly and slide it along the track until it reaches the Wall Mount position.
- Verify the wheel clicks securely into place.
- Reload the paper roll and close the printer cover.
