Users with access to Connect can do the following:

  • Get a quick snapshot of sales for an event.
  • Analyze data and create internal reports.
  • Manage employees and their access.
  • Easily add/change menu items.
  • Manage Inventory items and settings.

Connect Dashboard

Once logged into Connect, the Dashboard landing page gives an overview of sales for an event or a specific date.
  • Tips: Total tips for the venue.

  • Fees: Total fees collected.
  • Grand Total: Revenue, fees, and tips combined.
  • Avg. Order Size: Average amount spent by customer.
  • Total Orders: Total number of orders made.
  • Pending Orders: Total number of pending orders. 
  • Pending Value: Total amount of funds in pending orders.
Charts showing all payment methods at the venue and the highest earnings can be viewed. There are also charts showing a breakdown per hour of sales and items sold.
