Welcome to Hospitality’s Reservations Setup Wizard. This guided setup experience enables you to create a fully personalized Reservations system tailored to your restaurant’s unique layout and service flow.

The Setup Wizard walks you step by step through configuring your floor plan, table settings, and reservation rules to ensure your system operates exactly how your restaurant does.

Before You Begin

Please note the following important information before starting:

• The Reservations Setup is a one-time action.
  You must complete the setup from start to finish in a single session.
• Allow up to one hour to accurately complete the entire setup process.
• During setup, you will answer specific questions about your tables, including:
  • Table capacity
  • Turnover time
  • Room layouts
  • Table assignments

Your responses directly determine how your reservation system functions. For best results, carefully map out your floor plans, room by room, and provide the most accurate information possible.

Helpful Tips During Setup

Throughout the Reservations Setup Wizard, you will see blue help buttons with a “?” symbol.

• Select these buttons at any time to access additional guidance about specific features.
• You can refer back to them as often as needed during setup.

System Requirements

To access Reservations, Lighthouse must be installed.

Reservations are directly integrated through the Lighthouse toolbar located in the top-left corner of the screen. The toolbar must be installed for the Reservations system to function properly.
