Void Credit Card Payment in Hospitality

Description: Learn how to void a credit card payment in Hospitality below. 

To void a credit card payment in Hospitality:

1. Log in to the system with administrator credentials and select Manager in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Then select Tickets from the right side of the screen.

3. Select the desired transaction and press Reopen in the lower left to be taken back to the Order Entry screen. Press Pay to process the void.

4. On the Payment Screen, the credit card information for all cards used will be displayed. Select the desired card to open the transaction.

5. Select Void and then Yes on the verification pop-up, then select Exit to return to the ticket screen. Once there, select Void Ticket to commit the voiding of the ticket.
