What is causing this Issue?

The touch screen is only allowing Time Clock functions and not taking orders.

How do I resolve this Issue?

1. On the POS driver, select the SPCWIN status screen and press Esc on your keyboard.
   
   
   
   
2. This will bring the system down quickly and bring it back up to normal operation.  This allows for placing orders and performing time clock operations.
