Enable or Disable Dynamics 365 Features

Description: Dynamics 365 (D365) comes with a set of out-of-the-box features that you can enable/disable based on the experience you want to get from their environment. New features are also made available by Microsoft when service updates of D365 are released.

  1. Navigate to System Administration > Workspace > Feature Management.

  2. If you are looking for a specific feature to enable/disable, you may search for it by its name.
  3. Otherwise, if you have a general search, you can place keywords in between asterisks (i.e., *wallet*) to search for all of the features with the word “wallet” in its name.

  4. Once you have located the feature you would like to use, on the right side of the screen you will see a thorough definition of what this feature does.

  5. Upon identifying the feature you would like to Enable/Disable, select the desired option to apply these changes.
