Kitchen Display System v1.33.0 Release plan:

  • Released to all merchants: January 13, 2026

  • Improved the System to consistently display modifiers and nested modifiers in the same order as POS and printed slips, ensuring predictable item preparation even when seat grouping is affected.
  • Added an option to hide group/department names on the System tickets while retaining the blue grouping band (by Ops request only).

  • Fixed an issue where the System tickets with long bilingual (English/Chinese) modifier names were not properly split across columns, causing some item or modifier details to be hidden.
  • Fixed an issue where the Merge screen displayed all tickets instead of only those sharing the same ticket ID.
  • Fixed an issue where Special Requests text did not scale when changing the System application text size.
