Add a Virtual Location on Delivery Management
Description: Learn to add virtual or ghost kitchen concepts to your account on Delivery Management by creating additional merchants and configuring each with its own name, settings, and POS connection.
Important: Delivery Management is not generally available to merchants in the United States. If you're a US merchant looking for delivery solutions, explore the delivery integrations available in the Marketplace.
Add a Virtual Location
- Log in to the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub and select Delivery Management.
- Navigate to your Profile.
- Select + Add Merchant.
- Type in the Virtual Location name.
- Select Create.
- The location displays in the upper right under Merchants.
- Select Get Started.
- Select Shift4 on the Connecting POS window.
- Select Connect POS.
- Enter your login information and select Sign In.
- Select your POS locations using the checkboxes, then select Continue.
- The POS will resync the menu to the new virtual (ghost) location. From here, configure the menu for your new location.
