Get the Shift4 InCharge App

Install Shift4 InCharge

1. Open the app store for your device - either Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone).
2. Search for Shift4 InCharge.
   
   
   
   
3. Install the application on your device.
4. Open the application once you have finished installing it.
5. Use your Shift4 Dine Customer Hub credentials to sign in.
   
   

InCharge App User Permissions

To grant InCharge application access to the Customer Hub users, proceed with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Customer Hub> Settings > Users.
2. Select the user who needs their permissions updated by selecting the Edit button on the Actions column.
   
   
   
   

3. On the Edit User screen:
   1. Select the User Permissions at the top right of the window. 
   2. Expand the Product Settings section.
      
      
      
      
   3. Scroll down and select the check mark next to InCharge App. 
   4. Confirm the changes by selecting the blue Update User button.
