Description: Learn how to review ticket voids on InCharge.

  1. From the Dashboard (Home), tap on the Tickets icon at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Tap on the Voids tab to open the Voids screen

  3. Tap on a void from the list.
    The Void Details screen shows you more information about the void, including who performed the void, the reason, and the amount of the void.

  4. When you are done viewing the void, tap Back to return to the Voids screen.
