View Customer Reviews on InCharge

Description: Learn how to view your customer reviews on InCharge.

To look at customer reviews:

1. From the Dashboard (Home), tap on the Customers icon at the bottom of the screen.
   
   
   
   
2. Tap on the Reviews tab to open the Reviews screen.
   
   
   
   
3. Tap on a review from the list to open the details of the ticket.
   
   
   
   From the ticket details, you can identify the server who served the customer. You can also see the customer's details on the ticket if you need to contact them due to a poor review.
