Manage Menu Sets in Multi-Location Management
Description: Learn how to view location counts and update the name, status, and assigned locations of a menu set in Multi-Location Management.
View Location Counts in the Menu Sets List
The Menu Sets list in Multi-Location Management displays the number of locations assigned to each menu set. To view the location counts:
- Navigate to Shift4 Dine > Menu > Menu Sets.
- Select the menu set you want to update to open the Edit Menu Set screen.
- In the Status column, view the location count next to the Active status.
Manage a Menu Set
To update a menu set in Multi-Location Management:
- Navigate to Shift4 Dine > Menu > Menu Sets.
- On the Edit Menu Set screen, select + Manage in the upper-right corner to open the Manage Menu Set drawer.
- Under Details, update any of the following:
- Name: Enter a new name for the menu set.
- Active: Use the toggle to set the menu set as active or inactive.
- Under Assign, review the assigned locations in the Locations section. Select + Manage to add locations, or select the remove icon next to a location to remove it.
- Select Apply to save your changes, or select Discard to cancel them.
