Description: Learn how to configure preparation time for Online Ordering.

To configure prep time:

  1. Log in to the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub and select Marketplace > Online Ordering under My Apps.

  2. Select the Takeout/Delivery tab near the top of the screen, then scroll down to the Order Settings section.

  3. Under Order Settings, set a value in the Preparation Time (min) field based on how long your kitchen staff needs to prepare an order.

  4. When you have finished setting your location's prep time, scroll to the bottom and select Save.
