Deactivate SIM Cards on Shift4 Duo

Description: Deactivate a SIM card for the A930 Shift4 Duo Device. You will need to log in to https://iotramp.sensitek.com/.

To deactivate a SIM card:

1. On the left side of the screen, you will see a sidebar with options. Choose Actions.
2. From the drop-down, choose the Actions Menu.
   
3. Choose Deactivate SIM.
   
4. Scan or type in the Serial Number of the SIM into the box, then click Validate Phone #(s) or SIM #(s).
   
5. Select the correct SIM card and click Next.
   
6. Select Deactivate (Qty) Phone #(s).
   
7. Once deactivated successfully, you will see this screen:
