View Checks on Shift4 Duo
Description: Review an overview of the Checks screen on Shift4 Duo.

Note: You will need to be clocked in at a Shift4 Dine Workstation before you can use Shift4 Duo.
My checks
Once you are logged into your Shift4 Duo device, you are taken to the "My checks" view in the Checks screen.
This view shows open orders that still require payment. It is also where new orders are created.
All checks
If you select the All checks tab, you can see all of the open orders at your location that still require
payment
User permissions may limit your ability to see the All checks tab or interact with tickets in the All checks view.
