Shift4 Duo Quick Service Setup

Description: Learn about the Quick Service feature for Shift4 Duo, which allows users to skip certain ordering steps which might be required in a full-service restaurant.

When Quick Service is enabled, the following changes to the ordering flow occur:

• The user skips the party size selection screen.
• The user skips the table selection screen.
• In the Order Pad screen, the Add guest button is hidden.
• In the Order Pad screen, the header title is not clickable.
• New ticket behavior setting section in Ordering is hidden.

To enable Quick Service on your Shift4 Duo device, use the following steps:

1. Tap on the User button in the top left corner of the screen to open settings.
2. Tap on Ordering.
3. Tap on the Quick Service toggle to enable it.
4. Tap the back arrow twice to return to the My Checks screen.
