Possible Roles for Zero Users in Transaction Manager

| Role | Purpose |

| Customer Service |
Base role for any internal employee. Allows login to Zero, viewing of any account for transaction research, and (via zzz access) modification of transactions for E2E merchants. Note: This is the recommended default role if you’re unsure which to select. |
| Customer Service Escalations | Builds on the Customer Service role with additional permissions to reset Transaction Manager Admin passwords and adjust Auto Settle times. Intended for the Customer Service Escalations team. |
| PS Support Agent | Intended for technical support teams. Includes all Customer Service permissions plus the ability to modify API Settings, EMV Devices, and UTG Slots. |
| PS Escalation Point | Intended for Support Supervisors and Escalations team members. Includes all PS Support Agent permissions plus batch processing capabilities and administrative (zzz) access equivalent to a merchant Admin user. |
| PS Management | Intended for Support management, Directors, and above in Operations. Includes all PS Escalation Point permissions plus the ability to assign Customer Service or PS Support Agent roles to other users. |
| Gift Cards | Intended for the Gift Card team. Allows login to Zero, transaction research, modification of E2E merchant transactions (via zzz), and IYC imports/conversions. |
| Client Services / Installations | Intended for the Installation Services team. Includes all Customer Service permissions plus the ability to modify API Settings, EMV Devices, and UTG Slots. |
| Client Services Management | Intended for Installation Services management, Directors, and above in Operations. Includes all Client Services/Installations permissions plus Admin password resets, batch processing, and the ability to assign the Client Services/Installations role to other users. |
