Resolve iPP320 Error API TID Mismatch

What is causing this Error?

If the iPP320 PIN Pad reads "API TID Mismatch _______ See DOTN Config Error 9878" this means that the PIN Pad has been switched in reference to the API terminal ID.

How do I resolve this Error?

To resolve this issue, check that the PIN Pads are set up correctly by following the steps below:

  1. On the UTG Stand Alone program, select Download Now under Device Maintenance.

  2. Check the Serial Number to see if it matches.
  3. Check the API Terminal ID that is used for this PIN Pad's UTG.
  4. Check the account Serial Number to see what specific PIN Pad it is connected to.
