Description:Learn how to use the OASys iPad (BumpBar) in a Kitchen Video System (KVS) to navigate and manage orders.
Keys 1 through 8
Keys 1 - 8 in Order mode delete the corresponding order on the screen. If you are in a configuration menu, these keys provide ways to make a selection from the menu.
Key 9 and Key 0
Key 9 and Key 0 in Order mode allow you to scroll past orders if there are more than 8 in the queue, right and left, respectively.
CLR
The CLR button in Order mode jumps to the first active order.
Hold this key for 10 seconds to reset the order timer for whichever order is currently selected.
Hold this button combined with “0” to bring up the iPad setup screen.
PARK
If the system is set to be a drive-thru, the PARK button sends selected orders to another screen in ROD Maintenance.
SUM
If you press and hold the SUM button, the KVS takes all open orders and displays them as a consolidated report. Press theSUMbutton again to refresh the report.
Recall
The Recall button brings back any cleared orders, starting with the last one cleared off.
ESC
The ESC button is used to exit any report screen, status screen/menu, and return to Order mode.
REFRESH
The REFRESH button redraws the entire screen.
HELP
The HELP button is used to access help screens. Press and hold this button for 10 seconds to reboot the system.
FUNC
The FUNC button brings up the function menu.
You can use the number keys to navigate the menu.
From this screen, you can get to diagnostics, status reports, production statistics, and more.
