Integrated Customer Display Setup in Hospitality

Description: Review how to set up the Hospitality software to work in conjunction with the Integrated Customer Display available for the Elite II POS system. 

To begin, install the display and power on the Hospitality system.

1. Start the Hospitality Brain.
2. Start the Workstation application.
3. Navigate to the Manager Screen > System > This Workstation.
4. Setup the Pole Display in the software.
   • Select the appropriate Com port:
     • Onyx will be Com 2 
     • Onyx Pole Display Information will be Com 2
     • Elite A will be Com 4
     • Elite S will be Com 3
     • Elite 2 will be Com 6
   • Enter the Default Display Message:
     • Welcome To (on the first line – maximum 20 characters including spaces)
     • DBA name (on the second line – maximum 20 characters including spaces)
   • Click Okay.
5. Close Workstation Application and restart Brain.

Pole Display should now display the Default Display Message set up in the steps above.
