Description: Review the process of performing a self-test on the CRS/SNBC Printer. 

  1. Turn off the power to the printer.
  2. Hold down the feed button while the printer is still powered off.
  3. Turn the power back on while holding the feed button down.
  4. Release the feed button when the red paper button goes off (about 6-7 seconds).
  5. A diagnostic report will print out automatically once successful.
    • On this model, you will need to press the feed button once more after it shows an error to get it back into normal operation.
    • If no report prints, then you may have let go of the feed too soon when powering back on.
    • Repeat the steps above until you can get one to print successfully.
