Configure Suites Settings

1. In Connect, select Suites and then Settings.
2. The general settings will be configured on the Basic Information tab.
3. Select the pencil icon to edit a field.
   • Pre-Order URL -The URL entered into the browser to place Pre-Orders. To update, select the pencil toggle next to the PreOrder URL to customize your link.
   • Receive Order Confirmation- The client will receive a confirmation email.
   • After the cutoff date, the Event does not display in the portal.
   • Phone/Email/Fax – This information is displayed on the PreOrder Portal as contact information.
   • Legalese- This is a custom disclaimer that will be visible at the bottom of the Pre-Order site. 
4. Changes will automatically save.
