View Transactions in FreedomPay for Appetize

Description: Review how to view transactions in FreedomPay below.

1. First, please log into the FreedomPay portal by visiting https://enterprise.freedompay.com/Login and logging in with your credentials.
2. Once logged in, select Batch > View Transactions.
3. Next, you can select the venue under the Navigation section on the left.
4. Once you've selected your venue, you can now search for transactions.
5. Under Search Transactions, navigate to the Request ID or Invoice No field.
   
   • In the Request ID field, you can paste a Transaction ID from Connect to search for the corresponding transaction in FreedomPay (don't forget to adjust the date range):
   • In the Invoice ID field, you can paste an Order ID from Connect to search for the corresponding transaction in FreedomPay (remember to adjust the date range).
6. You can see the transaction details after clicking Search (above). Here, you can see if the transaction was captured or any errors occurred.
7. Other filters that can be used include the Account Last 4 for the last four digits of the credit card, the Request ID for the corresponding Transaction ID, or a date range using the Start Date and End Date filters.
