SOLUTION:
Here are the methods for identifying OPI.
WINDOWS Installed Programs
- Use any of the following two processes to confirm that OPI is installed on the server you are connected to:
- Windows settings:
- Select Start Windows logo Start button > Settings Gear-shaped Settings icon > Apps > Search for 'Oracle Payment Interface.'
- Windows Control Panel:
- Right-click Start Windows logo Start button > Select Run > type Control and press OK > Programs and Features > Installed programs will be listed alphabetically; if not, click on the 'Name' column header to sort the list.
SIMPHONY Native Driver
EMC is configurable from Enterprise, Property or RVC level and requires 'view' access to Payment Drivers module.
