Description: Learn how to set online order throttling for Online Ordering.

To set online order throttling:

  1. Log in to the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub.
  2. Navigate to Marketplace > Online Ordering using the left navigation menu.

  3. Select the Takeout/Delivery tab near the top of the screen, then scroll down to the Order Settings section.

  4. Under Order Settings, check the box for Order Throttling and set a value in the provided field based on your location's kitchen capacity.

  5. When you have finished setting your order throttling, scroll to the bottom and select Save.
