Settle a Batch on Shift4 One

Description: Learn how to settle a batch on Shift4 One.

Note: Currently, this command does not print a report; be sure to print a report before continuing.

Warning: This Settlement feature also closes the Gateway. If you have multiple devices, make sure all tips are input before any machine applies the Settlement.

To settle a batch:

1. Tap the hamburger menu (3 horizontal lines) in the upper left corner of the screen to access the menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Tap Payment Transactions.
   
   
   
3. Tap on the three dots in the upper right corner.
   
   
   
   
4. Tap Settle Batch.
