Configure QR Code on Squirrel Receipts

Squirrel Receipt QR Code Configuration
Important: Please make sure you have ordered the Squirrel QR Code Extension from your Squirrel sales rep. This part needs to be ordered and purchased to print QR codes on the bottom of your receipts for use with xDine Table Service payments. This article assumes you already have this module enabled.
- The QR Code configuration file is located in C:\Squirrel\PosData.
- Open the file CCQRConfig.txt.
- . It will see the following in order:
- The URL: this can be found in the xDine Admin Portal by going to Settings > Table Service and copying the Check Access URL.
- The second line should always be set to 0.
- The 3rd line allows a message that appears beneath the QR code. This can be changed.
- If you make any changes to the CCQRConfig.txt file, please reboot your Squirrel terminals for the changes to take effect.
