Find Squirrel Payment IDs for Remote App Config

In the Remote App Config settings for Squirrel merchants, a Payment ID must be entered for each card type. Use the following steps to find these values.
Locate the Payment ID in Squirrel
- Access the Squirrel Back Office computer.
- Open the Squirrel Explorer config tool.
- Go to Advanced Settings > Payment Setup.
- Squirrel or Eigen will normally create a separate payment setup for each payment type (for example, VISA - xDine).
- Locate the CrossRef field. This value is the Payment ID.
You can also confirm that the payment record is configured correctly. The type should be set to Regular, not Credit Card.
