Payment Links for Opera
- Hospitality operators can now generate and manage secure payment links tied directly to Opera PMS reservations in Customer Hub. By entering a guest's booking confirmation number, operators can instantly retrieve reservation details, generate a customized payment link, and deliver it via email or direct share. Upon successful payment, the transaction is automatically posted back to the corresponding reservation in Opera PMS — eliminating manual reconciliation and supporting fiscalization compliance. Compatible with both Legacy Opera PMS (OPI On-Prem) and cloud-based Opera PMS environments.
Multi-Location Management
- Menu Set Management Redesign: The Menu Set screen has been updated for easier access — Settings has been moved to the top-right corner and renamed to Manage. Selecting Manage opens the settings drawer directly, streamlining menu configuration.
- Modifier Percentage Pricing Above 100%: The 100% limit for percentage-based modifier pricing has been removed. Modifiers can now be configured above 100%, supporting scenarios where a modifier price needs to double, triple, or further increase the base item price.
- Inactive Modifier Indicator in Modifier Set: Inactive modifiers in Modifier Set management screens are now clearly marked with a red dot, with an 'Inactive' message displayed on hover, making it easier to identify and avoid assigning inactive modifiers.
- Menu Set Location Count: The Menu Sets list now displays the number of locations assigned to each menu set alongside its Active status, giving you an at-a-glance view of where each menu is in use.
- Revenue Class and Department Status Indicators: Active and inactive status indicators have been added to Revenue Class and Department dropdowns on the Item screen, making it easier to identify inactive options and avoid accidental assignments.
- Modifier Set Online Availability: A new Available Online option for Modifier Sets allows merchants to exclude specific modifier sets from Marketplace menus while keeping them available at the location. The setting also supports bulk editing for efficient management across multiple modifier sets.
