Description: Learn how to adjust and save your prep time for all connected delivery channels on Delivery Management.

Set Prep Time

Log in to the Shift4 Dine Customer Hub and select Delivery Management.
From the Orders page, select Edit.
Use the – (minus) and + (plus) buttons to set your desired prep time.
Note: This is the estimated time it takes to prepare an order.
Select Save to apply your new prep time.
